umm ok it's not new. it's called a javelin and the Marine Corps has had them for years. they're antitank weapons. no big surprise that the israelis have them, but it's pretty foolish to use them against a single individual, since they cost so much.

A cheaper and maybe more effective method of destroying terrorists?
Tie a goat to a pole with its head down and its rear up in the air.
When the terrorist can't stand it anymore and drop their pants and rush the goat ... they find a nice surprise on penetration. The trigger device for the explisve filled belly of the goat.
With luck, it blows the first sick terrorist in half and gets the rest of the ones that are "a**hole-to-belly button" behind him!
