  • You have a tremendous amount of self control.If that was my dog they kicked there would of been a swat team there in minutes.I hope AA takes some responsibility on this.

  • You have to confront every situation as it happens and get it documented right then and there.

    First kick of the dog, "I want to see your supervisor and I want this reported." Then the second kick, same thing, get a supervisor... only this time you have documentation that this is the second time your dog has been kicked. Now you want to report an animal abuse violation.

    When the ticket agent asked you if you were retarded, everything should have come to a screeching halt. I wo More..
