  • Bikers Fault. Going to fast and cutting thru a closed area at speed right at an intersection. A more experienced driver might have seen the Bike faster and could have helped avoided the accident but it's still the Bikes fault in the end.

  • i remember when i was young i was cross a crosswalk and a sports bike stopped for us and some crazy woman didn't stop and plowed into the back of him, and if it wasn't for me being delayed we would have been splattered on the road, and she was going only 40km.

    the dude however i remembered very well even though i was 10 years old...screaming in horrible pain as his legs where snapped........never forget that..i feel or it. although why poeple choose to ride a bike is beyond me.
