  • now i understand, and somewhat agree with what these two are making as points about 'executive imperialism', yet this concept is far from new... bush did the same, or at least attempted to, as well as other prior presidents... i certainly think it is 'unconstitutional', yet this is NOT a partisan issue, this is an issue exemplifying the problems we face due to the u.s. government running amok...

  • The Patriot Act and the Constitution go together like oil and water. Both parties were falling over themselves to get it passed and both parties want to see it stay in effect. Shameful behavior from people who have sworn an oath to uphold the most important document in human history. Stop letting them make you believe that they have your interest at heart.
