Not a BMP,judging on the fume extractor on the gun and the shape of the turret its a T-72.

@HABRADASHR Well, even with the most crappy munition this thing can pen 300mm. In case of this being a t55 it would be sufficient (turret armor 205mm). But you would have to know in wich angle it hit. But rest in peace, we will prob never know for sure.

@Skol if it was successful, they won't cut it that short. closer to the end of the video you may see the barrel moving.
PG-9 is not enough to penetrate t-72 turret.
