This is a popular topic right now, there are many questions about the contridictions of eyewitness testimonies and what is being said by the media and police. With the help of other youtubers trying to find out what is going on we came across live video footage that was uploaded from a cell phone. This video shows raw footage of the crime scene AFTER the shootings took place. We found that at the very same location where the gas mask supposedly worn by James Holmes was video taped in this footage, and guess what? DUN DUN DUN....NO MASK! OOPS . Now, I know there is a possible explanation for this, but this is very strange indeed, seeing that most sources state that this gas mask was worn by the alleged shooter. Please comment and share

The cops probably picked it up thinking it was some of their own equipment, then laid it back down when they realized it was the suspect's. This isn't the ideal way to handle evidence, obviously, but mistakes happen.

The gas mask is way farther out of the view of camera to its right. Look at the photo and the depth of field makes it look closer to the car. It isn't.
