The Israeli and American Drone are vulnerable.
Drone, lost in Iran wasn't brought down by rocket and no failure....
His intercepted by means of Russian radio-electronic system "avtobaza" which intercepted a signal of remote control (it: "independent hacker system") and accurately planted in the Iranian airfield :)

The best drone/robot/unmanned vehicle is where the power source lasts very long times, can be recharged quickly and anywhere and has sufficient power for sustained high-power usage. There currently isn't one.

@DirtyUncleBerty Agree. Can you imagine a robotic vehicle that really never stops. It could roam the entire planet performing autonomous tasks. Gasoline (petrol) is still the highest energy-dense fuel. There was an Australian autonomous aircraft (3 m wingspan) that flew the Atlantic, navigated itself the entire path, but using petrol. It did this many years ago, and only used abt. 3 litres.

I've already seen micro drones that look like hummingbirds that the US military is evaluating. Can you imagine hundreds or even thousands of them swarming together - little flying hand-grenades. It'll be like those cartoons of old where the bomb flies behind the victim, taps him on the shoulder, then blows up as he turns around. They could be devastating.

@LimitedTime Someone posted earlier that an opposition mentality has to take hold first -- that it comes in stages -- first civil disobedience, then active demonstrations, and only then when it becomes physical will people be mentally prepared to defend themselves with arms.
The country is well armed, but the government has the ability to psychologically manipulate us into giving up our arms. And it will be done in the name of "safety".

This is why "Terminator" is inevitable. One might reason that putting artificial intelligence in advanced military robots is a bad idea, but the military will say, if we don't do it, they will.
The military will usher in the era of the Terminator. This generation, maybe the next. But it will come. And it won't be pretty.
