you did not consider the momentum of the tank. 40 tonns with 25 miles per hour do not stop instantly by such a (small) explosion. But without shown aftermath it is impossible to assess the damage cause properly. But thats exactly whats intended by the producer of such videos

Might have been a completely survivable explosion. While the bottom armour on a tank is not the thickest armour on the tank, any old explosive detonation is not guaranteed to penetrate it. Generally, it requires a shaped charge with an explosively formed projectile. Lack of any aftermath in the video indicates this attack gained less then desired results.
