The incident happened around November 3rd, 2007. Judge Vines pleaded guilty to the DUI charge in April. He paid a $1,500 fine and was sentenced to 72 hours behind bars. Vines must also complete 240 of community service. Vines' 30 day house arrest sentence ended Sunday. In the video, Vines is seen stumbling and staggering. He refuses a field sobriety test, blood test and breathalyzer. An eyewitness called police after she saw Vines swerve and hit another car. On the video, he admits to drinking and driving. He also said he accepted responsibility for the crash but wouldn't admit or deny involvement. Judge Vines has been under voluntary suspension. It began Saturday night when a driver in an expensive Mercedes convertible was forced off the road by two other cars and wound up having to drive onto the down ramp and into the isolated underground parking area of the Air Canada Centre. The people in the other cars got out and began assaulting those inside their chosen target. One escaped with just a beating. The other wasn't quite as lucky, suffering an assault and an abduction, forced back into the vehicle he'd just been bodily removed from and driven all the way to Highway 409 near Pearson International Airport. He was unceremoniously dumped by the side of the road as his attackers took off into the night and disappeared. The security video shows four men forcing the occupants out of the car in the garage, although what happens to them after that isn't pictured. The child, who cannot be named, drove the people carrier 30 miles from Hull to Scunthorpe chased by five police cars and a police helicopter. Hull Magistrates' Court was told the boy, then aged 13, was arrested after he crashed into three parked cars. He was sentenced to eight months in youth detention The youth was told at sentencing that he had endangered the lives of dozens of motorists and pedestrians. The court heard the boy stole the VW Touran from the Hull care home at which he was staying. He made off following an argument about his pocket money. He sped from the city centre, weaving in and out of traffic on the Humber Bridge at more than 80mph. Then, pursued by the police cars, he drove past a roadblock and along the hard shoulder of the M180 at more than 110mph. 'Not funny' Eventually, officers decided it was too dangerous to continue with the car chase and the Humberside force's helicopter followed the youngster's progress until he hit three parked cars on the edge of Scunthorpe. He fled on foot but was arrested. The boy admitted at a previous hearing to taking the vehicle and having no licence or insurance. After the hearing, Insp Kevin Limbert, of Humberside Police, said the youth put lives in danger. He told BBC Radio FiveLive: "The driving was more than erratic, it was actually dangerous.
