Just read your problem to embed a vid on the Forum. have the same her even uploading pics. If you havn´t solved it yet:
You can solve it by repeating it, maybe several times; when it finally works, you have the same item embedded multiple times, but you can delete the surplus.
So did you decide what you are going to do with that notice?
And did you read the extracts from the government DVLA rules and regs, which show your new pal's rasta was talking shit and would have gotten you into more trouble?
As said if you didn't bother to read before, your best way to weasel out of this (which you shouldn't be doing anyway) is to ask them to go through an LTA who are an ombudsman of sorts for the motoring community, they will have to foot the bill to do so... and that may be good enough for them to drop it... but if they do go for it and you don't win... you will need to pay the fine before it goes to court (which they have every legal right to do so at any time with you) and you end up paying hundreds.
Also, as said the "wasn't me driving" doesn't work anymore since 2012 since the laws changed, you either have to prove who is driving it and you know who (basically lagging on them) or prove your car was stolen at that time. Either of which you can't do... so you are liable for charges under the legislation since 2012.
I take that since you deleted the video, you have had a good look at what was presented to you and you have noticed you had no chance, and where sensible and either paid the fine or asked to go through an LTA.
