Argument is flawed regarding "Talbott-Peratt Rock Art stickman theory". It is irreverent how much "noise", or non-plasma petroglyphs there may or may not be. What is important is whether the number of petroglyphs that resemble high-current, high-density, plasma discharges, can be shown to be significant.
It is no different to trying to show that some graffiti is written in Latin, and trying to argue that there is much more that isn't, is irrelevant. We can demonstrate that some graffiti is Latin because of certain characteristics, the number of which is significant.
