      • @Eoin Kelly  Hi Owen, thanks for the comment and your good grasp of English.
As you can see from the idiots above, they don't like someone pointing out their lack of education.
Best of luck, I think we are around the same neck of the woods, we have the heron in the roundabout and an otter near the bridge.

    • Regarding all the hate comments on my account, here is the reason:-
I tried to help the uneducated Americans with their English, explaining the difference between there, their and they're (all three sound the same to the uneducated).
They also have a problem with here and hear, and can't differentiate between its and it's.
I wonder if they were as ignorrant to their English teacher, probably why they suck at English.

      • @wossie To start with, the comma isn't necessary while you've used "and" as a conjunction. As a matter of fact, I might see to improving your general use of punctuation marks before you make a big deal about other folks transposing homonyms. No offense intended.

What I really came to ask about is why you'd said the wind generator in your video isn't worth the money. My wife and I have a farm and decided against a wind generator for our greenhouse a long time ago. It was mostly base More..

      • @999YDStare Thanks for the English lesson. First of all it is not a wind generator, it doesn't generate wind. Moving on....why do you need a turbine for a greenhouse?
If it is for heating it forget it. Anything to do with heat requires lots of power. I used to plug in a fridge on good windy days and head to work, an hour later the wind drops, fridge still running and the batteries discharge below 12V. Do this for a number of times and batteries die. Mine now sit at 12.2 after being fully charg More..

      • @wossie Well, it's actually pretty common in terms of product names.

I understated about the the wattage requirements of heating systems. That is exactly what we still wanted to add to the building. I gather from what you've said that you just need to make sure the output of the turbine itself and the storage needs to be planned better. I was of the impression you thought using wind in itself was a bad idea.

      • @999YDStare The descriptions Americans use makes me laugh a wind generator generates wind.
My favourite is the HOT WATER HEATER, I presume it heats hot water. But how do you get the water hot first before you use the hot water heater................Look up pop can heaters on youtube.

      • @wossie Our emergency device for the house, garage and barn is a Propane Generator. But it doesn't generate propane. (I'm still amazed it works so well on test day and when the power actually goes out; very reliable) But perhaps I should call it a Propane Turbine? Now, I do have a friend in the entertainment industry who would side with you. They use a custom made product that is called a "wind generator" for storm scenes and such. But if you talk with a vendor here in The States, the More..

You can't even spell quite correctly. Yet you are trying to come off as a English teacher... In fact you are just an arrogant nerd with no life. Go film the garbage man instead of just talking to him like a real man. Better yet send him an email like a total pathetic sissy.

If you read my comments I have spoken to the garbageman and they are doing it for fun, over ten years.
