Mexican Journalist Asks Obama To 'Veto' Gun Laws

Obama is asked by a Mexican reporter about gun violence and his veto power. He responds, citing the Second Amendment: "The president of the United States is bound by our Constitution. I believe in the Second Amendment. It does provide for Americans the right to bear arms for their protection or their safety or hunting for a wide range of use. That doesn't mean that we cannot constrain gun-runners. ... We believe that we can shape enforcement strategy that slows the flow of guns into Mexico while at the same time preserving our Constitution."
