Ferndale police stops a off duty Roseville officer after driving on the wrong side of the road

An off-duty Roseville police officer who was pulled over by Ferndale police in November while driving the wrong way on Woodward has been charged with reckless driving.
David Raymer, 40, has pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor.
The officer, a 14-year veteran of Roseville police, appeared to be under the influence of alcohol but was not administered a Breathalyzer test, police previously have said. When the Ferndale officer realized that the driver was an off-duty cop, he called his supervisor, who directed him to bring the driver to the station.

Roseville police have suspended Raymer with pay until the investigation concludes.
