Massive X-17 Explosion on our Sun

The aftermath of a X-17 solar flare that grazed earth on Sept/07/2005. It was the "4th" largest explosion ever recorded.

Photos and real time video of the Aurora Borealis (northern lights) were recorded by myself near Terrace BC Canada on the 3rd and 4th night after the X-17 solar flare.

Sorry some of the photos are a little grainy (I compressed them for the web)
