Update:
The reflective strips on the straps matching the exploded bag.He seems out of place. He seems alone. He looks out of shape with a gut and probably hardly interested in marathons. This wouldn't matter if he came along with other people, but he seems alone.In pic number 4 you can see his bag is large and full if you zoom in.He's already wearing his jacket. What else would he bring to watch a marathon that's filling that big bag?He is not wearing the backpack conventionally to reduce visibility from police and cameras.He is holding the bag with two arms constantly which may mean it is heavy.In pic number 5, 6, and 7 you can see his right shoulder weighed down substantially more than his left.
