Do
judges - cult of fraudsters - hold copyrights over their fraud

asked to clarify...

It
is well established that there are no copyrights over legal public
records, such as decisions and judgments. However, the question pertains
to judicial fraud - simulated court records. Such records are not
legal records, only perceived as such by the fraud targets. The
question was raised in conjunction with the publication of a chapter in a
textbook on E-Government. Subject of the chapter is fraud in IT
systems of the courts and Human Rights in Israel.

OccupyTLV, September 1 - Joseph Zernik, PhD, has inquired today with the
Israeli Supreme Court, the Administration of Courts, and the Israeli
creative artists' association (ACUM) regarding copyrights for judges'
creations - fraudulent electronic records, which are simulated court
record.

The question is raised in conjunction with the publication of a chapter
in an English textbook by a well-known publisher abroad. The subject of
the book is E-Government, and the subject of the chapter is fraud in IT
systems of the Israeli courts and Human Rights in Israel.

Former chairman of the Israeli writers' association, poet Herzl Haqaq, added his support to the inquiry with ACUM chairman.

The original Hebrew correspondence with the Israeli Supreme Court, the Administration of Courts, and ACUM is at the link above (Liveleak does not support Hebrew publications).
