David Rossi's death,occurred on 6th March 2013, has been listed as a suicide. His family has never believed to his suicide and always supported the murder hypothesis.
The New York Post has recently released the video of his death suggesting that the men approaching him were involved in the alleged murder . Siena's attorney office has specified,though,that they already had been identified and interrogated by the police at the time of the fact and they were ,and still are, considered innocent.
