Suspected hit-and-run attack kills Israeli security man

Head of security of West Bank settlement killed by Arab driver while documenting entry of illegal Palestinian workers into Israel. The driver left the car and fled the scene and later was caught in Jaffa.

Police commander: "The security guard arrived to document the entry of illegal residents and tried to stop the vehicle, which kept going at high speed, hit and killed him. It was an intentional hit."-

A 40-year-old man was killed in a suspected hit-and-run attack Sunday morning on Road 505 between the Jewish settlements of Oranit and Elkana. Lior Farhi, a security coordinator of the Shaare Tikva settelment, was apparently trying to document the entry of illegal Palestinian workers into Israel when he was hit by a car and critically injured.

Police arrested a 25-year-old Arab man from Kfar Kassem on suspicion of driving the vehicle.The man was located in Jaffa and taken in for que
