Since israel is not allowed by Russia to bomb in Syria, israeli press file false reports to keep up facade of military relevance.

Some time ago Nut&Yahoo went to Moscow to find out what Putin would and wouldn't permit Nut&Yahoo to do inside Syria.

Putin told Nut&Yahoo that all israeli Airforce activities inside Syria would be submitted to Russia for approval before they took place.

>"" Israel, Russia agreed to consult on military operations over Syria

*NOTE*: The title is somewhat misleading, as Russia has no intention of consulting israel with any operations in Syria, and the "agreement" is solely applicable to israel and their requests of Russia to allow an israeli operation in Syria.

Since then, on at least two occasions israeli planes approached Syrian airspace and were promptly intercepted by Russian planes and were forced to turn back.

With regards to the falsely reported israli airstrikes in Syria, on of three things must be true:

1: Russia allowed the israeli airstrikes inside Syria.

2: The agreement is no longer in force.

3: The reported strikes never actually happened.

Since Russia began flights to attack foreign backed terrorists who are trying to overthrow the popularly elected government in Syria, press organisations in israel have reported on average two israeli airstrikes inside of Syria each week. None of those reports have been accompanied with video or pictorial evidence of any airstrike actually happening.

Below is yet another false report by israeli press of an israeli airstrike inside Syria:

IAF Carries Out Airstrike in Syria Despite Russian Missiles
Syrian state media reported on Friday that the Israeli Air Force (IAF) carried out an airstrike around midnight against a convoy of four trucks transporting Scud missiles near Al-Katifa, north of Damascus. The army forces were those of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, who has strong relations with Hezbollah and frequently provides them with weapons and missiles. Syrian media claimed the jets had arrived in Syria via Lebanon and were unmanned. Hezbollah actively supports Assad in his fight against rebels trying to overthrow him. A fuel truck was also hit in the strike.

If true, this would indicate that Israel continues to operate in Syria despite Russian military presence and their advanced defense system. In addition, there are unconfirmed reports that Israel has struck sites in Syria five times in recent weeks.

On, at the Galilee Conference in Acre, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu acknowledged that Israel still operates in Syria

“We operate in Syria from time to time to prevent it turning into another front against us. We act, of course, to prevent the transfer of deadly weaponry from Syria to Lebanon,” Netanyahu said. (OP note: one of twothings must be true; 1: Hezbollah has not received any weapons through Syria because israel has destroyed them. Or. 2: israel does attack purported weapons transfers, but is unable to prevent weapons transfers regardless of the israeli attacks.)

Hezbollah is reported to have an estimated 150,000 missiles but on Monday, Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon noted a heightened concern that Syria may be transferring advanced weaponry, including Russian Kornet anti-tank missiles and chemical weapons to Hezbollah in Lebanon. (OP note: see this report of the 6 flavors of anti-tank missiles that Hezbollah has;

“Anyone who attempts to transfer advanced weaponry to terrorist organizations, with an emphasis on Hezbollah — we will not allow it.”

“We are keeping an eye out for the possibility that someone has gotten their hands on chemical weapons,” he added.

Here is the official site of "Syrian State Medea":

You may notice that the israeli press does NOT give a link to the story it claims to be republishing, but actully going to the "Syrian State Medea" site reveals that they have published no such story.
Furthermore, the "Scud missiles" that the israeli press are filing a fake report about israeli airstrikes on contains about 3,500 kilograms (7,700 pounds) of inhibited red foaming nitric acid IRFNA and about 1,000 kilograms (2,200 pounds) kerosene and make a rather spectacular display when destroyed with an aerial bomb. In today's world of cameras on cellphones it is reasonable to conclude that if no pics or vid exists of such a display, than it did not actually happen.

Here is vid of an actual israeli airstrike (from before Russian intervention in Syria) on a Scud missile storage facility demonstrating that the resulting explosion from the Scud fuel is such a spectacular site it would be unreasonable to think that this could happen with out some one getting vid or pics of it:

I would also like to bring to your attention that israel is rumored to have 'stand-off' missiles that would be able to strike deep within Syria with no plane whatsoever entering Syrian airspace. That would more properly be called a "missile strike" even if planes launched the missiles from far away, the same way the Russian ships in the Caspian Sea launched a "missile strike" on Syrian terrorists.

These two reports per week about israeli airstrikes inside Syria are NOT likely the product of the individual reporters, but rather a product of the israeli Government in an effort to falsely portray some sort of israeli military dominance over the Russian military who are protecting the Syrian popularly elected Government from foreign backed jihadists. The israeli butt-hurt is palpable and ever so sweet to those who dislike israeli military intervention in its neighboring countries. If the israeli (And the US who provide in one way or another each and every thing that israel possesses.) is unwilling or unable to attack Syria under Russian protection, we may soon see other Nations wanting that Russian protection and/or the Russian technologies that make up that protection.
