a helicopter lands on a frigate during a storm 🚁 

Visibility, strong waves and wind currents endanger the pilot.
Denmark wanted to demonstrate the strength and endurance of one of its SeaHawk MH-60R helicopters by subjecting it to a chaotic storm in the middle of the Atlantic while trying to land on a light Thetis class frigate.

In addition to the difficulties caused by the weather condition, it must be taken into account that the frigate is much smaller than an aircraft carrier or helicopter carrier,

As you will see in this video, the visibility, the measurements of the heliport and the continuous waves make the landing very complicated.
