Significant Winter Storm Heading to Arizona

TUCSON - The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a Winter Storm Warning for most of southern Arizona, says News 4 Meteorologist Chris Nallan.

Wind, rain, and snow! Yes, even snow possible for the city of Tucson. All eyes on a storm heading our way. Rain showers will begin to move in later tonight. Snow levels will begin above 5,500 feet and drop to 3,000 feet by late Sunday night and into early Monday morning.

Well over a foot of snow is likely for areas above 7,000 feet. While as much as 2 to 5 inches is possible between 3,000 and 5,000 feet by early Monday morning
