Albright - Killing 500,000 Iraqi Children Was Difficult Decision, Worth the Price
Part of channel(s): Connecticut School Shooting (current event)

This is a great example of why I am unimpressed with the response of the United States to the massacre of the 20 children in Newtown, Connecticut. If we as a country had a heart and mind working anything near healthy, we would be doing some serious soul searching over bigger issues than 20 American kiddies being killed by a derranged guy.

While lamenting with passion over these 20 kids in Connecticut, we lie to ourselves about the bloodthirsty character of our nation.

Listen to Madeline Albright explain how she feels about 500,000 Iraqi kids dead as a result of US led economic sanctions. It's only 23 seconds. Then tell me how bad you feel about the 20 killed in Connecticut today.
