HARMONY TWP. — Four people are dead following a collision between a tanker truck and a shuttle bus on Interstate 70, Thursday, Jan. 7.
The crash happened just before 1 p.m., after the tanker truck lost control in the westbound lane on I-70 near exit 62 and traveled into the eastbound lane, striking the bus, said Lt. Craig Cvetan of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Cvetan didn’t know how many were hurt or what the nature of those injuries were. The driver of the tanker was not injured, he said.
The shuttle bus was coming from the Creative Learning Workshop, 205 E. Leffel Lane. CLW is a center that provides vocational and rehabilitation services for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, according to the center’s Web site.
