@-Tipping_Point- I think it's called tilt camera or something. But I thought the same thing, lol.
@-Tipping_Point- It's done using a tilt shift lens where the focal plane of the optics is allowed to shift and tilt independent of the sensor or film of a camera.
They were designed for architecture to eliminate barrel distortion caused by shooting at wide angles
Then someone got high and realized they made everything look small if you open the aperture.
