Kenya Airways Crashes / Bad weather is hampering the search

May 5 - Bad weather is hampering the search for the site and any survivors of the crash of a Kenya Airways flight in dense jungle south of Douala, Cameroon.

The Kenya Airways flight went missing shortly after takeoff from Douala, the commercial capital of the West African country of Cameroon. It was bound for Nairobi and is thought to have gone down during a violent storm in a heavily-forested southwest of the capital Yaounde. There were 106 passengers and nine crew on board the Boeing 737-800.

Susan Flory reports.
