USA: Painted nude performers head to Times Square for 'Body Notes' project

Hundreds of nude models of all shapes, sizes and ages descended on New York's Time Square to take part in a public art project called 'Body Notes', on Friday.

The project was organised by an NGO called Human Connection Arts. The models were painted with a message of their choice during the event. Messages ranged from "Be juicy" to "Don't worry be happy"

The artist responsible for the event is Andy Golub an advocate for free speech and founder of Bodypainting Day.
