Recently, the Senate approved legislation curbing the most egregious practices of credit card companies, after President Obama pushed the bill designed to protect consumers from surprise charges. This means no more fine print, no more unannounced payment deadlines...in short, an end to the party for our plastic overlords. Hell, maybe even McCain will get out of debt now.
