#Belgium evacuates central train station after a #bomb scare

Belgian authorities evacuated Brussels central train station after a bomb scare on Sunday afternoon.

According to local media reports, two suspicious suitcases were found and brought to the attention of local bomb squad officers.

The suitcases turned out to be harmless and train services to and from the station have now resumed.

The terror level across the nation is set at the second-highest level, meaning the threat of an attack "is possible and likely".

Belgium has been living under such a threat level since the Nov. 22 attacks on the Brussels subway and airport which killed 32.
