UN Ukraine Meeting: UN says perpetrators of Mariupol attack must be brought to justice

U.N. political affairs chief Jeffrey Feltman has told an emergency meeting of the 15-nation Security Council on Ukraine that the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe has concluded that shelling which killed 30 people east Ukraine last Saturday, in the government-controlled port city of Mariupol, came from territory controlled by Russian-backed militants.
Feltman told the chamber that this constituted a serious war crime.
