Fun starts @02:02. Seventeen people were injured after two elephants ran amok during the "Sri Jayawardanapura Kotte Raja Maha Viharaya Perahera" 2019 over the weekend. Starting from a 600-year-old Buddhist temple, the annual street pageant or Perahera, sees dancers and elaborately decorated elephants parade through the streets of Kotte.
