Criminal homicide charges have been filed against a police officer who fatally shot a man in Tennessee.
Nashville Officer Andrew Delke, 25, is accused of breaking the law when he shot Daniel Hambrick on July 26, according to District Attorney Glenn Funk.
Delke shot Hambrick while he was running away during a foot chase, hitting the 25-year-old twice in the back and once in the back of his head
