The accident occurred on March 3 at 21:15 on Vasilyev street in Biysk, Russia. A drunk 41-year-old man in a Toyota Mark II hit a 28-year-old girl who died from her injuries. The driver collided with two more cars and left the scene. He was captured three hours later.
