A speeding driver apparently bribes a police officer with a doughnut to get out of a fine and he surprisingly appears to accept it. The Fulshear, TX. policeman seemingly pulled over a man for driving too fast. However when the officer asked to see the driver's license he could not find it - so decided to 'bribe' the officer with a sugary treat.
