Dramatic rescue of 3 young children from a building fire in Marseilles

A fire broke out, in the middle of a pile of rubbish and pallets, on the ground floor of the building at 71 rue de Rome (6th) then spread to the first floor. In one of the apartments of this level, a mother and her three children aged 6 months, 3 years and 5 years were present while the flames spread quickly. The mother then had no choice but to pass her children through the window of her home to passersby who did not hesitate to climb the facade to make them safe. Then they helped the mother, aged 32, who was slightly intoxicated by the fumes to escape. 5 other neighbors were extracted from the building by the Fire Battalion.
