From the OP: Another case of instant karma caught on dashcam. The driver looked right at me but didn't brake and kept coming towards me. The rear dashcam view shows how close they came to my vehicle, nearly hitting it. Luckily (or maybe not-so-lucky for them...) there was a police officer right behind me.
