196 Indian Doctors Treat Man With Lung Beating Out Of His Body
Graphic footage shows how skilful Indian doctors successfully treated a critically injured car crash victim who had his lungs throbbing out of his chest. Wine salesman Yogendra Kumar, 36, was travelling to work when a vehicle hit him. He was flung 20 feet into the air and landed on a tin sheet on the left side of his chest. The sharp metal split his chest into two parts and caused his left lung to come out. He also fractured multiple ribs on the same side and there was a large laceration on his left lung after the accident on November 23. Several hospitals refused to treat the critically injured man due to the severity of the wound, before he was eventually taken to Fortis Hospital in Noida in North India after nearly 10 hours.
