Overwhelmed at the historical setting and taking in his surroundings while dismissing the fact he's recording and posting his own crimes, Carlos Bevilacqua seized upon the moment to relish the fact that his serious type2 diabetes, combined with seriously poor lung capacity STILL allows him to climb a flight of stairs in excitement in the Capitol, and doubles down on enjoying the spliff of it all.
