Alexandrine Parrots

I would like to present this video which was the subject of some lively debate amongst some of my fellow bird keepers and myself. Some are of the belief that the Lutino and blue are hybrid Indian Ringnecks which is a common but a frowned upon method of acquiring desirable trait/colour mutations.
I am in that court although I believe it may be from a few generations ago as the head and body sizes do seem smaller even smaller than expected from juvenile females.

What are your thoughts?

Kind regards Gerald

PS: I wanted to do a poll but I am very new to the interwebs and needed help in doing this as it is I am also told that LOL would be an appropriate way of expressing this. LOL

NOTE - These are not my birds nor my friends the video I believe is from a Pakistan I believe these were just temporary as a display for sale at auction later that day.
