Accident happened last night . Several youngsters hitched a ride in the bed of a pickup truck after a party . A ford mustang is believe to have either tried to race the truck , or raced by the truck , causing it to lose control and crash on the railing. The , apparently filmed by a law enforcement agent , shows the bodies laying on the ground. At least four people are seen still conscious as the EMS administer first aids.

The driver left the scene , not before calling 911 to report the vehicle as stolen . She is currently wanted for murder.

All victims aged 18 -24.
