Foul-mouthed rant by angry stepdad caught on police body worn camera

This is the bodyworn camera footage which damned a motorist after he launched a expletive-ladened rant at a PSCO who asked him to move his car from outside a school.

Angry stepdad Sean Collins was sentenced at Plymouth Crown Court earlier this week after he had previously pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour on February 13.

Francesca Whebell, for the Crown Prosecution Service, said that the PCSO asked 49-year-old Collins to move his Mercedes convertible just after 3pm because it was parked on a single yellow line outside Compton Primary School.

Police have said that school staff had requested an officer’s attendance after a child was nearly struck by a reversing car in Pearn Road.

Miss Whebell added that Collins replied: “You are not going to tell me anything, you what you like, I am not moving.”

She said the officer politely explained that she was there to keep the children safe.

The barrister said that Collins told her: “You are not finding out who I am. I can what the f*** I like.”

Miss Whebell added that he twice called her a “tramp” and never moved the car.

The court heard that the PCSO did not have the power of arrest, but she took a photograph of the registration and police officers did find out who Collins was. He was arrested.

Miss Whebell said that Collins had 10 convictions for 21 offences, including the suspended sentence for stalking at Exeter Crown Court in 2018.

The footage from the officer's bodyworn camera was initially shown at Plymouth Magistrates Court earlier this year which revealed the entirety of Collins' interaction with the female PCSO.

It showed Collins becoming increasingly aggressive as she repeated her request for him to move is car.
