Not my narrative. It's from the original upload: A garbage truck goes up in a fireball. Nobody was injured. The Hydraulic line burst, causing hydraulic fluid to spurt up in the air, it caught the exhaust which ignited a fire. The fire did not last, it hardly even burned after the original fireball.
