Oil Cleaning in Brazil Beach

The suspicion is that a "ghost" ship broke the US sanctions to buy oil in Venezuela, and on leaving, the crew threw hundreds of barrels of dirty oil on the high seas. A barrel found off the Brazilian coast bears the inscription Ekata, the name of an officially inactive oil tanker in Bangladesh.
