C14 members are known for murders of several Ukrainian journalists, politicians and members of the different ethnic minorities. The best well know case is murder of famous Ukrainian journalist and historian Oles Buzina in 2015. C14 has ties to the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs led by Arsen Avakov and to the president Petro Poroshenko. Ukrainian government is financing C14 via different government grants disclosed as summer camps for children and similar activities. No member of the group was ever sentenced for murders group engages in.

Group of students staged quiet protest in front of the University in support of their colleague and against actions of the leadership of the University.
