136 Two women accuse Fox News hosts Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, and others in sexual harassment lawsuit
Two women who had appeared frequently on Fox News are suing the cable news network over accusations that some of their most popular hosts sexually harassed them. Cathy Areu and Jennifer Eckhart filed a lawsuit on Monday accusing Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, journalist Howard Kurtz, contributor Gianno Caldwell and Ed Henry of sexual misconduct, including rape. Eckhart worked as a producer on Fox Business, while Areu was a frequent guest and technically met the definition of a part-time employee. Ed Henry had already been fired from the network on July 1 over sexual misconduct claims. Eckhart's accusations Eckhart accused Henry in the lawsuit of having "preyed upon, manipulated and groomed [her] starting at the young age of 24, by exerting his abuse of power over her and her career." She also claimed in the lawsuit that Henry violently raped her, left her bloodied and bruised, and took naked photographs of her in order to blackmail her later.
