Hawaii volcano summit erupts with fresh ashfall

The summit of Hawaii's Kilauea volcano erupted early on Wednesday (June 13) and fissures on its eastern slope sent fountains of lava up to 160 feet (50 meter) high, as the volcano showed no signs of calming down after six weeks of intensified activity.
