That amounts to 46 million Americans at or below the poverty threshold with an average household income of $23,200.00 annually for a family of four. Socialist programs like social security benefits assured that 21 million people were kept out of poverty. At the same time unemployment benefits floated 2.3 million people from being totally destitute. Food Stamps have increased to help 3.9 million people. The fact of low-paying jobs and the unemployed are causing our American economy to continue to flounder. This is a direct causation to the destruction of the middle class in America. Retirement and investments is the last thing on American's minds when they are trying to make current ends meet on $4000 per month. As the majority of Americans become impoverished, the wealthiest 1% have seen their net worth skyrocket above 288 times the average median household. The crux of Americans is living on savings, trying to stay afloat while their stream of income rapidly dwindles. This trend will come bearing down on US citizens as hope for the future becomes a financial unreality. These days of eliminating unnecessary expenditures are proving to be impossible as Americans can no longer cut out any more money from their daily standard of living. A result of the planned implosion of 2008 has taken the homes of most Americans, yet they either built tent-cities to live in or moved in with relatives who had not been foreclosed on. When the economy removed more than half of the employment in America, those who lost their jobs simply stood in welfare and food stamp lines for a hand-out. At what point will the American public stand up against this banking cartel-controlled destruction of our Constitutional Republic? Ben Bernanke, chairman of the privately-owned central bank called the Federal Reserve was expected to announce their technocratic answer to the manufactured destruction of our American economy and US dollar. Bernanke stated that the Fed would purchase $1 trillion in mortgage-backed securities over a 2 year period, thereby combining feudalism with monetary implosion. Without determining the exact time frame of this "policy stimulus", the Fed will have over-reaching control as never before. The technocrats, an arm of the global Elite, have Wall Street and Capitol Hill waited with baited breath, wondering how US stocks, investors and the value of our monetary system will be dealt with. The Fed will release projections concerning the economy including import and export. There is the threat of the Fed printing more money misleadingly called quantitative easing which encompasses US Treasury bond purchases, mortgage-backed securities and debt issued by government-backed agencies such as Fannie Mae. In April, Bernanke announced that in the event of another stock market crash, the Fed would take over using monetary policy as an excuse to usurp more power over the financial future of the American public. The Fed's policymaking committee has stated that they will buy an estimated $40 billion of mortgage-backed securitized debt that was created by the mega-banks within America at the directive of the central banking cartels. The statement reads: "If the outlook for the labor market does not improve substantially, the committee will continue its purchase of agency mortgage-backed securities, undertake additional asset purchases, and employ its other policy tools as appropriate until such improvement is achieved in a context of price stability." The US dollars' worth continues to fall while US stocks gain ground and gold soars. The inception of QE3 is the next step in the implosion of the US dollar by the banking cartels. Citigroup released a study last June that claimed when governments force banks to purchase government debt, this act will only worsen the financial crisis. Hans Larenzen, Citigroup strategist asserts: "Captive bank demand can buy time and can help keep domestic yields low. However, the distortions that build up over time can sow the seeds of an even bigger crisis, if the time bought isn't used very prudently. Specifically, having banks loaded up with domestic sovereign debt will only increase the domestic fallout if the sovereign ultimately reneges on its obligations." As the recent audit of the New York Federal Reserve Bank showed "we now know that the Federal Reserve provided more than $16 trillion in total financial assistance to some of the largest financial institutions and corporations in the United States and throughout the world. This is a clear case of socialism for the rich and rugged, you're-on-your-own individualism for everyone else." Before the audit took place, Bernanke came out and threatened the American public for pursuing the inquiry by attempting to deter Congress with assertions that the dealings of the Fed are private matters. Bernanke told Capitol Hill that their political meddling would produce a "nightmare scenario". Delivered by Director of Warning and Threat Assessment, Office of Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Col. Linscott A. Hall, and one of his assistants, Lt. Colonel Joel Parks, the briefing was representative of Air Force intelligence thinking at the height of the "missile gap" controversy over the degree of the Soviet ICBM buildup. The intended audience for the briefing may have been other intelligence agencies, senior officials in the Pentagon, and possibly civilians and officers who worked on nuclear targets, so they would have their agency's angle on the prospective threat. The Air Force had a reputation for threat inflation during the Cold War, but in 1960 all U.S. intelligence offices and agencies produced exaggerated estimates and "worst-case scenarios" of Soviet capabilities to produce and deploy ICBMs. In keeping with that trend, Parks declared that the Soviet ICBM program was in an "advanced state of development," which would put Moscow in a position to threaten the United States with a "crippling blow." The Soviets would have 125 ICBMs by 1961, 288 by 1962, and 490 the next year. (The actual numbers would turn out to be far fewer: 16, 56 and 122.) Parks also saw Moscow making significant progress in producing nuclear weapons and fielding long-range bombers. According to Colonel Hall, this rate of progress was consistent with Moscow's search for a "mixed offensive force" to "achieve decisive military superiority as soon as practicable." With the briefing given at the secret level, it did not cover the top secret U-2 program or highly classified communications intelligence programs, which played important roles in strategic intelligence. Nevertheless, Colonel Parks's briefing was informative on the electronics intelligence (elint) collected by the Air Force to monitor the missiles test centers at Tyura Tam and Kapustin Yar. Parks discussed how monitoring stations at Shemya Island, Alaska, and Diyarbaldr, Turkey, picked up telemetry from long-range missile tests that could be used to ascertain the rate of Moscow's progress. It was not until 1961, however, when the U.S. intelligence establishment was getting reliable data from Corona satellite photography, that it recognized that the "missile gap" was on the other side and that Moscow had only a few ICBMs. Nevertheless, some Air Force leaders disputed the new intelligence findings, perhaps because they were so inconsistent with previous positions taken by their agency. Students were at home for an in-service day, so the gunmen headed into a meeting room full of teachers and opened fire. Someone figured out in a few seconds that the bullets were not drawing blood because they were blanks and the exercise was a drill, designed to test Pine Eagle's preparation for an assault by "active shooters" who were, in reality, members of the school staff. But those few seconds left everybody plenty scared. Principal Cammie DeCastro said it became clear very quickly just how many of the school's 15 teachers would have survived. The answer: "Not many," she said. Elementary teacher Morgan Gover, 31, said only two teachers would have lived to tell the tale. She admitted being scared, and also acknowledged she would have been among the casualties, having taken several fake direct hits from the shooters. "I'll tell you, the whole situation was horrible," she said. "I got a couple in the front and a couple in the back." The surprised staff had received training from the Union County Sheriff's Office on active shooter scenarios. They had been told they had some options, such as not rushing out of their classrooms when gunfire erupted, and locking and barricading their doors. They weren't expecting a drill like this, and they were caught by surprise when the two men entered and began firing. "There was some commotion," DeCastro said. The goal of the drill was to learn how people would react, so better emergency plans could be made, she said. It was a wake-up for many of the teachers. "It was shocking," said elementary teacher Dollie Beck, 54. Surprisingly, the drill made Beck aware that she would not have recognized the sounds of gunfire. "I would have blown it off as kids' sounds in the hall," she said. The drill has since prompted her to keep her classroom door locked and to think of windows as escape routes, she said. But the biggest insight for her was the reminder that she is in charge of the youngsters in her classroom, and would have to remain calm in an emergency. "Emotion begets emotion," she said. Gover said before the drill, she was comfortable she had a plan to deal with such a situation. What she learned was, her plan wasn't much good. "It heightened my awareness about what's around me," she said. Halfway, population 288 , is the eastern Oregon ranching town that became world-famous 13 years ago as the globe's first "Internet city." The city council changed Halfway's name to Half.com in return for $73,000 from a Philadelphia-based Internet bazaar of the same name that sold books, CDs, movies and the like on-line at half price. The town got its old name back a year later when the on-line bazaar was sold to eBay. Now Halfway is back in the real world, where people sometimes enter schools and open fire. DeCastro has heard some criticisms of the drill from townsfolk, but is convinced it was valuable. "For us not to know how we were going to respond is leaving us open," she said. Beck and Gover agree. "I'm in charge of a pile of kids," said Gover. "It made me analyze as a teacher what my role is for these babies." The district's Safety Committee and the School Board now will critically evaluate policies and procedures and decide what to do next, said DeCastro. Armed teachers is one possible outcome, she said. Or the district may get armed and trained volunteers from the community to watch over the school in shifts, she said. Tougher doors and better locks are other options. Gover said the teachers tend to favor having one or two armed teachers in the building at all times. "We are so remote," Gover said, "we are going to have to take care of ourselves." But thinking about active shooter scenarios is hard, she said. "We are tender-hearted people who give hugs all day. Last October, it was revealed that in 2011, there were 808,000 births, comprised of 612,000 births to UK-born women and 196,000 births to non-UK born women. This meant that 24 per cent of births in 2011 were to non-UK born women - an increase of two percentage points since 2007. The top five non-UK born mothers' countries by number of births were Poland, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Nigeria. Not all births are necessarily to parents who live in Britain permanently, as some could be people who travel to the UK to take advantage of its free NHS. Garrow was nominated three years ago for the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize and is the founder of The Pink Pagoda Girls , an organization dedicated to rescuing baby girls from "gendercide" in China. He is a public figure, not an anonymous voice on the Internet, which makes his claim all the more disturbing. "The new litmus test of leadership in the military is if they will fire on US citizens or not". Garrow's claim is even more explosive given that the country is in the throes of a national debate about gun control, with gun rights advocates instisting that the founders put the Second Amendment in the Constitution primarily as a defense against government tyranny. It also follows reports on Sunday that General James Mattis, head of the United States Central Command, "is being told to vacate his office several months earlier than planned." As reporter Paul Joseph Watson commented : "Concerns over US troops being given orders to fire on American citizens in the event of mass gun confiscation first arose in 1995 when hundreds of Marines at 29 Palms, California were given a survey as part of an academic project by Navy Lieutenant Commander Ernest Guy Cunningham which asked the Marines if they would, 'Fire upon U.S. citizens who refuse or resist confiscation of firearms banned by the United States government.' The survey was subsequently leaked because many of the Marines who took it were shocked by the tone of the question. The US Military has clearly outlined innumerable civil emergency scenarios under which troops would be authorized to fire on U.S. citizens. In July 2012, the process by which this could take place was made clear in a leaked US Army Military Police training manual for 'Civil Disturbance Operations' (PDF) dating from 2006. Similar plans were also outlined in an updated manual released in 2010 entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations. The 2006 document outlines how military assets will be used to 'help local and state authorities to restore and maintain law and order' in the event of mass riots, civil unrest or a declaration of martial law. On page 20 of the manual, rules regarding the use of 'deadly force' in confronting "dissidents" on American soil are made disturbingly clear with the directive that a, 'Warning shot will not be fired.' Given that second amendment advocates are now being depicted as dangerous terrorists by the federal government and local law enforcement, Garrow's claim is sure to stoke controversy given that Americans are seeing their gun rights eviscerated while the federal government itself stockpiles billions of bullets." So now, by Presidential decree alone, the federal government can "coordinate action" through thirteen core federal agencies against any domestic natural gas production facility -- all according to standards determined to be "appropriate" not by law , but because of political agenda . Moreover, because a key stated purpose of this Executive Order is to "ensure long-term supplies," Barack Obama's decree gives the federal government the ability to shut down gas production operations as THEY see fit, which can lead directly to government price fixing and centralized control of an essential natural energy resource. While Obama's Executive Order aims to curtail some of the practices of the hydraulic fracturing, or "fracking," industry, it further expands government control over our lives through more centralization of power and bureaucracy . The order is a direct assault on individual liberties, private property rights and the rule of law. It is blatantly unconstitutional. The executive branch is arrogating responsibilities precluded by the Constitution without even asking the permission of Congress. The order gives Mr. Obama a blank check to erect a centralized authoritarian state." But why this -- and why now ? SIMPLE -- because he's about to provoke a confrontation with IRAN, which could give him the excuse to implement martial law in America: "Obama may be ready to launch devastating airstrikes on Iranian nuclear facilities. By Steve Schippert, Clyde Middleton December 23, 2009 Last Thursday, December 17, 2009, The White House released an Executive Order " Amending Executive Order 12425 ." It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other "International Organizations" as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945. By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates - now operates - on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests. For Immediate Release December 17, 2009 Executive Order -- Amending Executive Order 12425 EXECUTIVE ORDER - - - - - - - AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER 12425 DESIGNATING INTERPOL AS A PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION ENTITLED TO ENJOY CERTAIN PRIVILEGES, EXEMPTIONS, AND IMMUNITIES By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges, exemptions, and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words "except those provided by Section 2(c), Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act" and the semicolon that immediately precedes them. BARACK OBAMA THE WHITE HOUSE, December 16, 2009. After initial review and discussions between the writers of this analysis, the context was spelled out plainly. Through EO 12425, President Reagan extended to INTERPOL recognition as an "International Organization." In short, the privileges and immunities afforded foreign diplomats was extended to INTERPOL. Two sets of important privileges and immunities were withheld: Section 2(c) and the remaining sections cited (all of which deal with differing taxes). And then comes December 17, 2009, and President Obama. The exemptions in EO 12425 were removed. Section 2c of the United States International Organizations Immunities Act is the crucial piece. Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation. The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable. (Emphasis added.) Inviolable archives means INTERPOL records are beyond US citizens' Freedom of Information Act requests and from American legal or investigative discovery ("unless such immunity be expressly waived.") Property and assets being immune from search and confiscation means precisely that. Wherever they may be in the United States. This could conceivably include human assets - Americans arrested on our soil by INTERPOL officers. Context: International Criminal Court The importance of this last crucial point cannot be understated, because this immunity and protection - and elevation above the US Constitution - afforded INTERPOL is likely a precursor to the White House subjecting the United States under the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC). INTERPOL provides a significant enforcement function for the ICC, just as our FBI provides a significant function for our Department of Justice. We direct the American public to paragraph 28 of the ICC's Proposed Programme Budget for 2010 (PDF). 29. Additionally, the Court will continue to seek the cooperation of States not party to the Rome Statute and to develop its relationships with regional organizations such as the Organization of American States (OAS), the Arab League (AL), the African Union (AU), the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), ASEAN and CARICOM. We will also continue to engage with subregional and thematic organizations, such as SADC and ECOWAS, and the Commonwealth Secretariat and the OIF. This will be done through high level visits, briefings and, as appropriate, relationship agreements. Work will also be carried out with sectoral organizations such as IDLO and INTERPOL, to increase efficiency. The United States is not a party to the Rome Statute - the UN treaty that established the International Criminal Court. (See: Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court) President George W. Bush rejected subjecting the United States to the jurisdiction of the ICC and removed the United States as a signatory. President Bill Clinton had previously signed the Rome Statute during his presidency. Two critical matters are at play. One is an overall matter of sovereignty and the concept of the primacy of American law above those of the rest of the world. But more recently a more over-riding concern principally has been the potential - if not likely - specter of subjecting our Armed Forces to a hostile international body seeking war crimes prosecutions during the execution of an unpopular war. President Bush in fact went so far as to gain agreement from nations that they would expressly not detain or hand over to the ICC members of the United States armed forces. The fear of a symbolic ICC circus trial as a form of international political protest to American military actions in Iraq and elsewhere was real and palpable. President Obama's words have been carefully chosen when directly regarding the ICC. While President Bush outright rejected subjugating American armed forces to any international court as a matter of policy, President Obama said in his 2008 presidential campaign that it is merely "premature to commit" to signing America on. However, in a Foreign Policy in Focus round-table in 2008, the host group cited his former foreign policy advisor, Samantha Power. She essentially laid down what can be viewed as now-President Obama's roadmap to America rejoining the ICC. His principal objections are not explained as those of sovereignty, but rather of image and perception. Obama's former foreign policy advisor, Samantha Power, said in an early March (2008) interview with The Irish Times that many things need to happen before Obama could think about signing the Rome Treaty. "Until we've closed Guant'anamo, gotten out of Iraq responsibly, renounced torture and rendition, shown a different face for America, American membership of the ICC is going to make countries around the world think the ICC is a tool of American hegemony. The detention center at Guant'anamo Bay is nearing its closure and an alternate continental American site for terrorist detention has been selected in Illinois. The time line for Iraq withdrawal has been set. And President Obama has given an abundance of international speeches intended to "show a different face for America." He has in fact been roundly criticized domestically for the routinely apologetic and critical nature of these speeches. President Obama has not rejected the concept of ICC jurisdiction over US citizens and service members. He has avoided any direct reference to this while offering praise for the ICC for conducting its trials so far "in America's interests." The door thus remains wide open to the skeptical observer. CONCLUSIONS In light of what we know and can observe, it is our logical conclusion that President Obama's Executive Order amending President Ronald Reagans' 1983 EO 12425 and placing INTERPOL above the United States Constitution and beyond the legal reach of our own top law enforcement is a precursor to more damaging moves. The pre-requisite conditions regarding the Iraq withdrawal and the Guantanamo Bay terrorist detention facility closure will continue their course. meanwhile, the next move from President Obama is likely an attempt to dissolve the agreements made between President Bush and other states preventing them from turning over American military forces to the ICC (via INTERPOL) for war crimes or any other prosecutions. When the paths on the road map converge - Iraq withdrawal, Guant'anamo closure, perceived American image improved internationally, and an empowered INTERPOL in the United States - it is probable that President Barack Obama will once again make America a signatory to the International Criminal Court. It will be a move that surrenders American sovereignty to an international body whose INTERPOL enforcement arm has already been elevated above the Constitution and American domestic law enforcement. For an added and disturbing wrinkle, INTERPOL's central operations office in the United States is within our own Justice Department offices. They are American law enforcement officers working under the aegis of INTERPOL within our own Justice Department. That they now operate with full diplomatic immunity and with "inviolable archives" from within our own buildings should send red flags soaring into the clouds. This is the disturbing context for President Obama's quiet release of an amended Executive Order 12425. American sovereignty hangs in the balance if these actions are not prevented through public outcry and political pressure. Some Americans are paying attention, as can be seen from some of the earliest recognitions of this troubling development here , here and here . But the discussion must extend well beyond the Internet and social media .
