AIPAC's Anti-American Resolutions

It is a well known fact to many
that American Zionist Jewish groups especially AIPAC are the most
influential political groups in the US. It members control the Federal
Reserve and the majority of American banking and financial institutions,
major American corporations especially the military industrial complex,
and major media resources. AIPAC is so powerful that it greatly shapes
the American foreign policy.

AIPAC wields so much financial power, whose bought stooges had been
pushed to the Congress. These bought Congressmen place Israel's
interests; though colonialists, terrorist, genocidal and violating all
international laws and human rights, on top of their list although on
the expense of their tax-payers American Constituents. For them American
interests and security have no value next to those of Israel's. They
don't care that such unconditional blind support to an illegitimate
colonial terrorist Israel gains Americans only enmity and hatred of at
least half of the world population. The handful few honest Congressmen,
who neither sold their souls nor their country, do not dare to oppose
AIPAC since such an act has been proven in the past to be a political
suicide.
AIPAC had pushed in the past so many anti-American resolutions for
approval by the Congress. The latest anti-American resolution is the
Senate Resolution S.R. 65 authored by the pro-Israel Senators Lindsay
Graham and Robert Menendez that was introduced to the Senate in February
28th. This resolution is called "The Iran Nuclear Prevention Act" and
is similar to that of the H.R.850 in the House of Representatives. This
is a very dangerous and a warmongering resolution calling for strong
support to the full implementation of US and international sanctions on
Iran urging Obama to continue to strengthen enforcement of sanctions
legislation.
This resolution is based on the false premises that Iran pursues a
"nuclear weapons capability" and an American policy "... to prevent Iran
from acquiring a nuclear weapon capability". It has been declared
several times that the Israeli and American intelligence as well as the
IAEA know that Iran's nuclear program is peaceful and is geared towards
civilian use. Despite this knowledge the resolution urges the US that
"if the Government of Israel is compelled to take military action in
self-defense, the United States government should stand with Israel and
provide diplomatic, military and economic support."
This is actually a declaration of war against Iran dependent on
Israeli whim. This resolution basically states that if Israel starts a
war against Iran for any reason, the US must automatically support it
including the use of its own military and naval forces. As Senator
Graham admitted in an interview,
"If Israel acts in its own defense - even pre-emptively - we will
support Israel economically, diplomatically, and politically." Such a
resolution, if approved, would make it easier for the obsessed-with-Iran
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to convince his government to attack
Iran guaranteeing American support.
Through their ardent Zionist stooges, such as Republican Ileana
Ros-Lehtinen and Democratic Ted Deutch, AIPAC is pushing another
anti-American House resolution H.R. 938 to be approved by the Congress.
H.R. 938 is the "United States-Israel Strategic Partnership Act of 2013"
calling for strengthening what is termed "the strategic alliance"
between US and Israel. It calls for the Congress to declare that Israel
is a major strategic partner to the US, and to declare its intentions to
upgrade "the framework of the US-Israel strategic and military
relationships."
This resolution calls for extending the time length and scope of the
many forms of assistance and technological sharing programs the US had
entered into with Israel. This includes Israel's access to and use of
equipment from American military stockpiles.
What is even more concerning is that this resolution specifically
gives Israel the full authority to re-export and re-sell any technology,
military or otherwise, it obtains from the US. This frees Israel to
sell American technology to any other country including its enemies.
Israel has a long track record of stealing proprietary American defense
technology and selling it to former Soviet Union and to China.
Another specific area the resolution focuses on is the various
Israeli missile defense systems it is developing. The bill mandates that
the US "... should provide assistance upon request by the Government of
Israel for the procurement and enhancement" of these systems. This means
providing financial, technological, and training assistance to Israel
in this industry.
Another dangerous aspect of this resolution is its calling for the
State Department to include Israel in the visa waiver program granting
Israelis complete free of any monitoring travel to the US. This would be
a welcomed gift to Israeli organized crimes trafficking with white
slavery, body organs, and drugs such as ecstasy, which is already
prevalent in the US. Such a visa waiver program usually requires
reciprocity on the other party. The Israeli visa access program is the
most stringent in the world denying visa to many nationalities including
American citizens, who are of Arab descent, especially Palestinians,
and those of Islamic religion.
This is an unfair, biased and dangerous resolution threatening
American interests and standing in the international community. Unlike
any other regular strategic alliance agreement, there is nothing in this
alliance that benefits the US. On the contrary it puts the US under
un-necessary financial and military obligations. The resolution is
strictly unidirectional; does not state any Israeli obligation towards
the US and does not pose any conditions or restraint on Israeli
behavior.
It is so dangerous to single out and to grant Israel the status of a
major strategic ally when American soldiers, joined by troops from other
countries like Canada, UK, France and Spain, had fought Israel's proxy
wars in the Middle East while Israeli army was cheering up from the
safety of their homes.
Then there is AIPAC's attempt to determine the results of the
sequestration; a forced deficit reduction that Congress had agreed to in
the Budget Control Act of 2011. AIPAC's lobbying soldiers were sent to
the House and the Senate office buildings urging their congressmen not
to cut Israel's $3.2 billion a year in aid no matter what the sequester
calls for and no matter what domestic programs have to be eliminated.
Once again the Congressmen are told to ignore the dire needs of the
tax-paying American citizens in favor of satisfying the needs of
colonial genocidal Israel.
The American citizens need to understand that the $3.2 billion is not
an accurate figure and does not reflect the whole amount they are
paying to Israel. Any interested American citizen can obtain charts and
records about American financial aid to foreign countries from the
Congressional Research service within the library of Congress, or by
visiting the library of the U.S. Agency for International Development
(USAID) in Rosslyn, Virginia. The records show that Israel received in
the last few years the sum of $3 billion annually; $1.8 billion in
military aid and $1.2 billion in economic aid. In addition to that
Israel received in 1997 alone at least $525.8 million from a variety of
other American federal budgets, and yet another $2 billion in federal
loan guarantees. So the total of American grants and loan guarantees to
Israel for 1997 was $5, 525,800,00.
Investigations
done by freelance writer Frank Collins and "Washington Reportnews"
editor Shawn Twing revealed that between 1949 - 1998 Israel had received
a total of $83,204,827,200 in American foreign aid grants and loans.
Besides that the American administration pays Israel this amount at the
beginning of the fiscal year in lump sum amount. To do that the US
borrows money to pay Israel and then pays interest on the loan. The
grand total of foreign aid to Israel including the interest comes to
about $85 billion. This amount does not include American loan guarantees
to Israel with greatly reduced interest rate. These loans amounted to
further $10 billion up to date. Such loans and interests are never paid
back to US due to the Cranston Amendment of 1983.
It should be noted that during the period between 1949-1996 American
aid to tiny Israel was greater that American aid to all of the countries
of sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean combined.
Countries receive foreign aid because they host American military bases,
or due to some type of environmental catastrophe. They are also
expected to use the funds for the purchase of American arms, ammunition,
training and other services. As for Israel, the US does not get one
single benefit in return.
Does all that incense American citizens, who are jobless, homeless, hungry, tired, and without any health benefits?

Revere, MA is a dirty town. I am making a documentary about a fellow who is exposing the environmental contamination at an old gas station that then housed a SOUP KITCHEN without any cleanup, now they want to put a public housing structure there. The developer and city cannot be trusted because they knew of contamination but stood silent until I started snooping around.

Anyway the court clerk hates me and my camera, watch today's installment!
I am trying to purchase the upgraded account to post the movie but there were some technical difficulties.

31 Corporations and Banks Who Dodged $128 Billion in US Taxes

Sen. Bernie Sanders released a report today directly taking on the Business Roundtable, by outing 31 banks and corporations who have dodged $128 billion in taxes.

According to the report, the 31 corporations and banks have dodged $128 billion in taxes by setting up offshore tax havens. They have received $6.5 billion in tax refunds, and $2.5 trillion in taxpayer bailout money. While stuffing their pockets with trillions of taxpayer dollars, the Business Roundtable has called for the deficit to be reduced by raising the eligibility age for Medicare and Social Security to 70, cut Social Security and veterans' benefits, and increase taxes on working families.

The reason why congressional Republicans are adamantly opposed to generating new revenue through closing these loopholes is that doing so would force these tax dodgers to pay their fair share. For Republicans, the concept of fairness only applies to making sure the wealthy get more by doing less. One of the reasons why Republicans continue to lose elections is because they insist on protecting corporations and banks at the expense of the American people.

Instead of passing the burden of deficit reduction on to workers, seniors, the poor, and the middle class, how about we start with getting the 31 corporations and banks listed below to pay their taxes?

Here is the list:

1. Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan.

Number of Offshore Tax Havens in 2010? 371.

Number of offshore tax havens? At least 14.

Amount of federal income taxes General Electric would have owed if offshore tax havens were eliminated? $35.7 billion.

GE has stashed $102 billion in offshore tax haven countries to avoid paying income taxes. If this practice was outlawed, it would have paid $35.7 billion
more in federal income taxes.

Amount of federal income taxes paid in 2010? Zero. $3.3 billion tax refund. In 2010, not only did General Electric pay no federal income taxes, it received a $3.3 billion tax refund from the IRS, even though it earned over $5 billion in U.S.
profits.

A Hiram woman who led police on a high-speed chase through Geauga County while wearing next to nothing was sentenced Wednesday to 18 months in jail.

Erin B. Holdsworth, 29, will spend at least 10 months behind bars. Six months of the sentence were suspended by Judge Terri L. Stupica and Holdsworth also gets credit for the two months she already spent locked up, court records show.

Holdsworth was arrested around 4 a.m. Oct. 11 for driving at speeds upward of 128 mph while headed eastbound on Route 422, about a half-mile east of the Bainbridge-Solon line.

A Geauga County Sheriff's deputy laid down stop sticks near the eastbound entrance ramp to Route 422 from Route 44, west of La Due Reservoir.

The stop sticks were successful in deflating the driver's side tires of the 2002 Mazda 626 Holdsworth was driving.

When she exited her vehicle, Holdsworth was wearing only a G-string, fishnet tube top and high heels, according to police records.

She previously pleaded no contest and was convicted on charges of OVI, driving with a suspended license and fleeing and eluding, according to court records.

Additional charges of criminal damaging, reckless operation and speeding were dismissed.

Holdsworth initially posted bond and in January Stupica granted her driving privileges to take her children to school or herself to work.

However, at a July court appearance, Holdsworth tested positive for THC, the psychoactive component in marijuana, and was ordered to await sentencing behind bars.

Holdsworth has previous OVI convictions from 2004 and 2010, which the judge took into account in sentencing.

The 18 month sentence was the maximum penalty Stupica could have imposed. In addition to jail time, Holdsworth was fined $525.

Foreclosures on the rise in Ohio Ohio seeing a surge while other states see decrease

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- Ohio still has a foreclosure problem. RealtyTrac, a firm that tracks home foreclosures around the nation ranks the Buckeye State ninth in the nation with one in every 525 houses facing foreclosure.

"While many of the states that are in the top ten are seeing decreasing foreclosure activity, Ohio just recently in the last few months is starting to see a trend upward," said Daren Bloomquist, vice president at RealtyTrac.

He blames a delay in foreclosures while banks dealt with legal issues over robo-signings and other questionable practices. Now those foreclosures are moving forward again.

"There was 15 straight months where foreclosure activity was down on a year over year basis, but then two of the last three months we've seen an increase in foreclosure activity," he said.

RealtyTrac monitors foreclosures in the top 212 housing markets and found Cleveland with the highest ranking in Ohio at number 23. Canton wasn't far behind at 27, followed by Columbus at 38, Toledo at 42, Akron 49, Cincinnati ranked 56, and Youngstown 64th. Dayton has the best showing among Ohio's largest cities with a ranking of 105. It was also the only metro area in the state with a foreclosure rate below the national average.

Banks are putting more and more of their re-owned homes back on the market or selling them through short sale agreements. That's hurting housing prices overall because these bank owned properties typically sell below what a normal retail property would sell for.

"About 23 percent of all sales in Ohio were either short sales or bank-owned sales. That's an unhealthy percentage of the market that's a distressed sale," Bloomquist said.

Why Does Our Military Need The Best, Really?

President Obama certainly likes to talk a big game about "investing" in our national future, but, in his infinite magnanimousness, he seems more inclined toward a particular type of government "investment." The green jobs, bailouts, and food stamps that he supports (on behalf of Americans' welfare, of course!) are more high-risk political gambles on the taxpayer dime than safe bets with reliable returns. Conspicuously absent from the president's "winning the future" rhetoric is our military - at least, in the context of funneling them free money on behalf of special interests. Instead, the President has decided that a 'leaner, more efficient, more agile' military is in the United States' best interests... rather than, you know, a leaner, more efficient Department of Agriculture or Education or Energy, because heaven knows there's no waste, fraud, nor abuse to be had in those departments, right?
While total defense spending has been steadily increasing for over a decade, defense spending as a portion of the federal budget and as a percentage of GDP has been buried under the ongoing explosion of entitlement spending. But, of course, instead of bravely confronting the incoming debt crisis by attacking the core problem-by reforming the entitlement and welfare programs that consume that vast majority of our budget-defense spending instead became a political football subject to Congressional whimsy, and those "automatic cuts" are already taking place:
The Defense Department's core fiscal 2013 budget at $525.4 billion reflects the already announced one percent reduction from the current year, which comes from reducing Army and Marine personnel and ending or limiting purchases of expensive new equipment. It spells out in more detail the how the administration plans to cut future expenses related to the personnel reductions, by establishing commissions to take on the controversial tasks of reducing or closing military bases and updating military retirement programs.
One percent might not seem like much, but, in the first of a three-part video series, the Heritage Foundation provides an eye-opening, technical lesson as to why it would be a wise move for the government to focus a little more of its "investing" prowess into maintaining and bettering the most elite fighting force in the world. Our troops face real, evolving challenges every day, and unlike Congress, terrorists don't mess around.

(CNN) -- Syria will not commit to pulling its forces from cities only to have "armed terrorist groups" attack, a Syrian foreign ministry spokesman said Sunday as opposition activists reported at least 69 deaths in the restive nation.

U.N.-Arab League special envoy Kofi Annan has said that he expects regime forces to withdraw its forces from urban areas by Tuesday, at which time rebel fighters would also adhere to a cease-fire as part of a peace plan he helped broker.

But Jihad Maqdisi, a Syrian foreign ministry spokesman, said that is a "wrong interpretation" of Syria's intentions, the state-run Syrian Arab News Agency reported.

While insisting the Damascus government has acted in "good faith," Maqdisi put the onus on Annan for the peace plan to proceed -- saying the envoy "has not offered written guarantees to the Syrian government that the armed groups agreed to stop violence, nor has he offered guarantees that Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Turkey will commit to stop funding and arming terrorist groups."

And in a statement on state-run TV, Maqdisi said, "Syria will not repeat what happened during the (Arab League) mission, when it committed to the exit of its armed forces from the cities and surrounding areas, then the armed terrorist groups took advantage to arm its members and conduct all forms of terrorism." The statement referred to an Arab League monitoring mission that took place several months ago.

Calling President Bashar al-Assad a "liar," activist Ahmad el-Khalaf told CNN on Monday that he has no faith Syrian forces will leave and stop the violence.

He described the situation in his country and, specifically, in Idlib province where he is, as "outrageous" -- with people having little food to eat or water to drink and living in constant fear amid countless accounts of "women being raped, houses being burned" and "people being slaughtered."

"There is no life here at all," el-Khalaf said. "There are snipers all over, just waiting for someone to stand on his legs (so they can) shoot him. They don't care whether he is male, female, elderly or child. They shoot for fun."

At least 69 people were killed in fresh violence across the country Sunday, according to the Local Coordination Committees of Syria (LCC), a network of opposition activists.

That means 525 have been killed since the Syrian government signaled its intention to adhere to Annan's peace plan -- including the April 10 planned withdrawal of its forces from cities -- according to opposition activists.

Some of the worst violence Sunday was in Idlib, where the network reported 28 killed throughout the province (10 if them in the village of Sahel Roh) and that "the village of Bashira was entirely destroyed."

Another 19 died in Homs province and 12 in Hama -- with seven of the people killed there belonging to the same family -- said the LCC. There were also five reported fatalities in Beit Jin outside Damascus, two in Daraa, two in Deir Ezzor and one in Aleppo.

Annan said in a statement Sunday that he was "shocked by recent reports of a surge in violence and atrocities in several towns and villages in Syria, resulting in alarming levels of casualties, refugees and displaced persons, in violation of assurances given to me.

"This is a time when we must all urgently work towards a full cessation of hostilities, providing the space for humanitarian access and creating the conditions for a political process to address the legitimate aspirations and concerns of the Syrian people," Annan said.

"As we get closer to the Tuesday 10 April deadline, I remind the Syrian government of the need for full implementation of its commitments and stress that the present escalation of violence is unacceptable," he said.

France's foreign ministry used similar language in a statement Sunday, condemning what it described as "massacres perpetrated by the Syrian regime" and expressing "shock (about) the atrocities that continue to" happen within Syria.

Throughout the more than year-long uprising against the regime, the Syrian government has consistently blamed violence on "armed terrorist groups." But U.N. and other world leaders have said the government is engaged in a violent crackdown.

Reports from Syrian opposition activists suggest government forces are slaughtering civilians in an attempt to wipe out dissidents seeking al-Assad's ouster. The al-Assad family has ruled Syria for 42 years.

Rebel fighters have taken up arms, but their strength has often paled in comparison to the better-equipped regime troops.

"This regime is trying, as usual, to create obstacles preventing (the application of) any real and effective solution on the ground to stop the bloodshed," said Abu Fares, the political representative of the Homs Revolutionary Council. "... We can't lay (down) our arms because we don't trust this regime."

"We can't drop our guns until the regime withdraws from the cities," said Lt. Abdullah Odah of the Free Syrian Army, the armed Syrian opposition, in Istanbul. "We didn't start the mass murder. The regime started it. It has to stop killing and then automatically we will stop."

At least 127 people were killed Saturday, including 59 deaths in Hama, according to the LCC.

Syrian forces have been targeting civilians displaced from their homes by earlier fighting, the group said.

Specifically, the LCC said, the regime is attacking villages and farms around the eastern city of Rastan, where fighting a month ago forced out more than 80% of residents. They escaped to the nearby areas but are now coming under attack, the group said Saturday.

Syria said Sunday that the bodies of six "army and law enforcement martyrs" were buried.

CNN cannot independently verify reports of violence and deaths, as the government has severely restricted access to international media.

Annan's six-point plan for Syria includes calls for a cease-fire by both sides and a Syrian-led political process to end the crisis.

On Sunday morning, SANA made little mention of any new violence but showed images of packed demonstrations that it said took place a day earlier.

"Syrian citizens in all the Syrian provinces on Saturday flocked to the main squares to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the foundation of the Baath Arab Socialist Party," SANA said. "The participants in the rallies expressed the Syrian people, army and leadership's steadfastness in the face of the conspiracy hatched against Syria."

SANA reported Saturday that the government sent two identical letters to the president of the U.N. Security Council and to U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, accusing Arab and Western countries of backing the armed groups.

In the letters, Syria claimed that "terrorist acts committed by the armed terrorist groups in Syria have increased during the last few days, particularly after reaching an understanding on Kofi Annan's plan," according to SANA.

The letters said 2,088 Syrian forces and 478 police officers have been killed.

One LCC activist in Homs, identified only as Saleem for safety reasons, described a massacre outside a local school that the Syrian army used to launch offensives and detain people.

Saleem said the bodies of 13 people, including youths, were found with signs of torture.

"The truth is we have become used to such massacres. We have seen people beheaded, children killed, bodies torn apart, and nothing surprises us anymore," Saleem said Saturday. "All we could do is pray to all for help and call on the world to intervene."

The United Nations estimates that the fighting in Syria, which began a year ago, has killed at least 9,000 people. The LCC puts the toll at more than 11,000.
