Spanish priest dismissed after he's allegedly caught on camera performing oral sex on man
Father Francisco Javier Ruiz was replaced by Bishop of Cartagena Manuel Lorca Planes after a cyclist's helmet-cam footage emerged. The priest says it's not him in the video. Spain's Diocese of Cartagena has removed Father Francisco Javier Ruiz as pastor of a church in Murcia after he was seemingly caught on video participating acts of a sexual nature with another man in a well-known "cruising area."

A Spanish priest has been removed from his job after apparently being busted on camera performing oral sex on another man.

Father Francisco Javier Ruiz was dismissed from his position in the Churra section of the city of Murcia by Bishop of Cartagena Jose Manuel Lorca Planes on Wednesday.

It came after footage emerged purportedly showing him in an erotic embrace with a pal.was captured by cyclist Alejandro Mejias' helmet-cam.

Mejias was biking on trails through the wooded area of Los Cuadros de Murcia - an area reportedly popular with dog owners - when he stumbled across the pair,

He can be clearly heard uttering a profanity on seeing the two men.

The footage, uploaded to YouTube, has been seen more than 7,000 times and spread across Facebook and Twitter, reports La Verdad.

Ruiz claims it is not him in the images and has contacted police to have the clip destroyed,

"I have never been in the area and I do not recognize those images that you are describing. It is a montage," he added.

But Spanish media has widely reported that it is him in the video. A statement from the Diocesis of Cartagena said the priest had been replaced by Antonio Ballester Serrano.

Bioparc Valencia (Spain) is a unique zoo. Its design employs the "zoo-immersion" concept, in which visitors are surrounded by meticulous recreations of the natural habitats being presented. The animals, vegetation and landscape provide opportunities for discovering the complexity of natural ecosystems.

Visitors may begin their voyage through the African realm of Bioparc Valencia by travelling deep into the savannah, among herds of antelope, giraffe and rhinoceros, while
lions overlook the great plain from rocky heights. Vast wonders of life underground in burrows of aardvarks, hyenas and warthogs as well as in nests of naked mole-rats and around termite mounds can be explored. Visitors venture into dense equatorial forest in search of gorillas, surrounded by red forest buffalos and leopards. Following the elephant's path leads adventurers to a huge cave dug by these pachyderms. Further up the trail is an opportunity to visually submerge in water among hyppopotamus, crocodiles and thousands of colourful fish.

A five-year-old boy has become a global sensation after he was photographed stepping in to break up a heated row between his coach and the referee during a mini-league football match.
When angry words broke out between a coach who took exception to the ref's decision during a game in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria -- young Alejandro Rodriguez Macias stepped in.
"A fight started between the ref and the coach," said Alejandro. "So I put myself between them and said 'stop mister' and they moved apart."
"I just wanted to play football," said the pint-sized player from the Unio Viera league.
The moment he stepped between the two grown men and pushed them apart with his hands was captured on camera by a parent watching from the sidelines.

Map reveals the most racist countries in the world.

(CLICK on " this infographic" to see the complete MAP )

a recent study by two Swedish economists has shed light on the world's most and least racially tolerant countries, and the results might surprise you. While the United States is ranked among the most tolerant on the globe (some may find this predictable, others may not), Europe presents a greater range of tolerance levels, with several countries in the second and third least tolerant ranges.

The study was aimed at discerning a correlation between a country's level of economic freedom and its racial tolerance. The latter was defined by one simple question, as asked in the World Values Survey: Whom would you not want as a neighbor? Those who selected "people of other races" were categorized as intolerant for the purposes of this investigation. Countries were then ranked by percentage of responses: the fewer "intolerant" respondents, the more tolerant the country. While the Swedish researches found no conclusive results regarding any strong correlation between economic development and tolerance, a recent Washington Post article article went back to the original survey source and compiled a greater sample of data for the purposes of determining other potential relationships between a country and its perceived level of tolerance.

According to this infographic , the U.S. falls into the most tolerant category, with only 0-4.9% of those surveyed responding that they would not want to live near people of other races. Our neighbor to the north responded in kind, while Mexico ranked in the second-tier of tolerance, making the totality of North America look like a big amalgamation of racial harmony. While this may or may not actually be the case (people lie on surveys, the Washington Post authors note) it certainly provides a compelling lens for analyzing the less concordant results of Europe.

Albania appears to be the least tolerant on the European continent in the second lowest 30-39.9% range. While potential explanations for such a severe distinction from its neighboring states abound, arriving at a concrete conclusion for intolerance is likely a futile pursuit. Croatia, for example, ranks in the 5-9.9%t category (the same as Mexico), achieving the most tolerant in the Balkan region. Both ethnic Croats and Albanians were involved in the conflicts that embroiled the former Yugoslavia in the early 1990s, and such ethnic strife undoubtedly contributes to a heightened sensitivity to ethnic and racial relations. However, given its distinctly intolerant stance, Albania, for reasons not easily explained by its history of conflict, seems to have lagged behind in recovering from regional tensions. While Albania's ranking may be difficult to explain, it is not the sole European state at the intolerant end of the spectrum. France ranked just above, in the 20-29.9% range. In contrast, adjacent Germany and Spain, fell into the same tier as Mexico and Croatia.

Rounding out the bottom of the list are India, Jordan, Bangladesh, and Hong Kong in the 40%+ range. A potential explanation for this, is that the less heterogeneous the society, the less tolerant. While this logic might follow for Albania, what is France's excuse? On the flipside, one might argue that changes in patterns to immigration or perceived and unwanted changes to a social fabric might play a role. Remember when France decided to ban religious garments in public ? That was probably a good indication of where France was at on the tolerance spectrum, no survey needed.

Ultimately, the survey presents an intriguing model for analyzing tolerance between countries. But with the above in mind, it is only a small piece of the larger picture. Wherever states are suppressing civil liberties in broad and unapologetic ways, intolerance is likely lurking not too far below.

Risk management firm and insurance broker Aon has just released its Terrorism And Political Violence risk map for 2013.

The news is that apparently, the U.S. is in no danger of the latter kind of disturbance.

Instead, the only risk to America is terrorism.

Meanwhile in Europe, the overall risk levels in France and Spain are actually equivalent to China and Russia, presumably on the basis of the former countries' recent, heated demonstrations protesting austerity.

And the sleepiest countries in the world? Denmark, Finland, Japan, Australia, Iceland, Uruguay and Botswana - the risk of anything happening there is negligible.

All Wars Are Bankers' Wars . Not in School History Books Strangely.

A web of control - with fingers in every pie

The influence of Jewish moneylenders has been woven into the history
of the West for centuries and runs like a thread throughout all events,
hidden in many guises, yet ever present.
An insidious, dangerous, secret coterie that works behind the scenes.
But, like a jigsaw puzzle, out of the mesh of intrigue the pieces fit
together to form a pattern.
Thread Number One: England

The watershed for Europe was the Reformation. Henry VIII of England
was in need of a son and a new wife. Thomas Cromwell was happy to
oblige. The split away from the old church, brought the Bible into
prominence and thereby increased Jewish influence.
After an embargo of almost 400 years, Jews were allowed to return to
England in 1656 thanks to a "financial arrangement" between Oliver
Cromwell and the Jewish Sanhedrin.
As a "National Debt" is an essential first ingredient of financial
control, and wars are the prime cause of debt, it took only to 1693
before England found herself unable to meet her commitments, thanks to
the continental wars of William of Orange which had been financed by
the Jewish moneylenders of Amsterdam.
Despite the many dissident voices against the establishment of the
Bank of England, (i.e. a method whereby the State finance was taken out
of the control of the State and into the hands of bankers) the bill
went through the House of Commons and, although the House of Lords
asserted it was intended to enrich usurers at the expense of the
nobility, the Bank came into being and was founded in 1694.
Fueled by the gold and silver bled from South America that poured
into Europe to fill the coffers of the bankers, the Industrial
Revolution produced a false face of prosperity whilst at the same time
destroying cottage industry, producing urban factory squalor and
commencing the start of economic control by the moneylenders.

This phase continued into the mid-nineteenth century when the first
Jewish Prime Minister, Benjamin Disraeli, commented: "...the world is
governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who
are not behind the scenes..."
The stage was now set for the British Empire and underneath the Pomp
and Circumstance came the steady infiltration into the economics of the
east - and its riches.
Max Weber, a historian, published "The Protestant Ethic and the
Spirit of Capitalism" (By that time usury had achieved respectability
under the new title of Capitalism.) In his book he claimed that
Protestantism - more specifically, its Calvinist branches - promoted
the rise of modern capitalism.
In England the need to muzzle the old ruling order was achieved, not
by assassination or execution as in France and Russia, but by erosion,
i.e. via a Land Tax and then by marriage. Lord Rosebery started the
trend by marrying a Rothschild and Arthur Balfour, the signatory of the
fallacious "Balfour Declaration", set the stage for the creation of
Israel. The trend towards the formation of a new Jewish aristocracy
continues with Blair's "title for money" policy, orchestrated by the
chief fundraiser for the Labour Party, "Lord" Levy.

Queen Victoria may have been the Empress of India but it was Disraeli the agent of the "City" of London who engineered
the means whereby the east was conquered using the manpower of the British Isles.
Thread Number Two: France
In France the monarchy foundered on bankrupcy, stemming from Louis
X1V's continental wars. Necker (supposedly Protestant but probably of
Jewish origin) lauded as a financial genius, employed the dangerous
tactics of using ruinous short-term loans at exorbitant interest to
shore up the shaky finances, which spelt ultimate disaster.
At the same time the necklace conspiracy engineered through
Cagliostro (a Freemason) and the Jewish jewellers, Bassenge and Bohmer,
fueled anger against the extravagance of the queen. The dismissal of
Necker led to the attack on the Bastille, and the aristocracy - a much
more top heavy group than the English variety - were effectively
eradicated by the guillotine.

France by this time had acquired a National Debt and the Bank of
France was created in Paris in 1800. Napoleon wanted the country to
break free from the power of the bankers and the debt. According to
him: "when the Government is dependent on bankers for
money, the bankers, not the leaders of the Government, are in
control.... The hand that gives is above the hand that takes. Money
has no motherland. Financiers are without patriotism or decency. Their
sole object is gain."
In 1806, he remarked: "By what miracle did whole provinces of France
become heavily mortgaged to the Jews, when there are only sixty
thousand of them in this country?" (MSS of Napoleon, 1811.)
In 1882 the collapse of the Union Gen

DON'T flip out - but did you know you can get arrested for driving in flip-flops in Spain?
Tourists could face fines that Costa packet if caught out by the local law this summer.
And gum chewers will find the local laws in Singapore hard to swallow too.
Bizarre local laws cost British holidaymakers thousands in fines every year - so a visa application website has come up with a handy list to help us out.
GlobalVisas.com - who partner the government in their Know Before You Go campaign - have come up with a top ten of things you cannot do abroad that are perfectly legal at home.

Cuban migrants forced to return to communist home from austere Spain

Gilberto Martinez and his family arrived in Spain in 2011 together with a few hundred Cuban political migrants in search of a better life. Now, two years later, affected by the Spanish financial crisis after being evicted from their Alicante home, they want to go home.

The group of Cubans came to Spain in 2011 as part of an agreement between the government of Cuba, the Catholic Church and the Spanish Socialist Party. As part of their immigration agreement they were given financial help, benefits and accommodation. But this all changed when the People's Party came to power in Spain in late 2011. As part of austerity cuts the Cubans lost their benefits, finding themselves in the middle of a financial nightmare. Millions of Spaniards lost their jobs and hundreds of thousands of families were evicted from their homes.

The Martinez family were evicted by police after failing to pay their rent or utility bills. Martinez talks about the incident and how brutal the police were: "Police were quite hard handed. They kicked us ... threw us to the ground. They even grabbed a 15 year-old-girl by the neck ... hit her. And my wife ... you can see her here on the ground. I never saw that in Cuba. I tried to get to my wife because I thought they were going to kill her."

Martinez's family stopped paying their rent in July 2012 and as of September they could not afford paying utility bills anymore. After the government cuts, the Cubans had to rely on charity aid, but even that eventually ended. On May 7, the family was thrown out despite help from a group of activists that gathered outside their flat attempting to prevent the eviction.

Martinez reminisces: "We left Cuba to improve. How are we going to end up now? We thought that this was a democracy, as they say. We got the idea to go to Spain ... that they would have housing. And now it comes to this. My friend left the country on the seventh. It is our turn on the 26th. I came from Cuba and I thought that capitalism was paradise for us. And now we are here. It was not what we were told. Spain was described to us as a country with jobs, with everything. The conclusion ... here we have nothing."

Home evictions are rare in Cuba, since one of the first measures of the new government was the cancellation of all evictions after overthrow of dictator Fulgencio Batista. Evictions can only be made under the auspices of the Department of Housing, for example in cases where the ownership of a property is in question.

Spain: EXCLUSIVE Interview with Cyberbunker's Kamphuis before arrest

A 35-year-old Dutch man, believed to be Cyberbunker spokesman Sven Olaf Kamphuis, was arrested on Friday in relation to an enormous cyber-attack on Internet spam-fighting organisation Spamhaus. The man was arrested in Barcelona, which is where Kamphuis was living according to his public Facebook profile.

Spamhaus registered a massive attack on its servers in March 2013, that they say was set in motion by Cyberbunker with the assistance of 'Eastern European' individuals and hacking organisations. Server security firm CloudFlare say that the DDoS (distributed-denial of service) attack was the largest in history, with the amount of bandwidth used to block Spamhaus' services peaking at upwards of 300Gbps.

The attack is believed to be related to a post on the Spamhaus network which identified Cyberbunker as hosting spam distribution services, which led to the service's upstream provider A2B cancelling its contract with the company. Spamhaus also blacklisted a network provider known as CB3ROB run by Kamphuis, which it said was being used to host spam botnets (networks of comprised computers).

Ruptly spoke to Kamphuis about the allegations on March 27.
