Liberty Counsel Action is accusing the Obama Department of Justice instructing its managers to affirm homosexuality and transgenderism in the work environment, arguing it will "boost the performance and productivity" of employees - regardless if they are "gay" or straight. In a memo to managers last week, federal employees at the Department of Justice were instructed that they must be supportive of the homosexual and transgender lifestyles. A whistleblower provided Liberty Counsel with a copy of the memo titled: "LGBT Inclusion at Work: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers." The instructions originate from DOJ Pride - The Association of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Employees of the U.S. Department of Justice and Their Allies. The following "practical tips," according to the memo, will help managers create a "truly inclusive workplace climate": Make the right assumptions and avoid making the wrong ones Use inclusive language Speak up when appropriate Acknowledge and engage with LGBT employees Come out Ensure that advancement, development, and mentoring opportunities are fair and effective Know how to respond if an employee comes out to you Matt Barber is vice president of Liberty Counsel Action. He describes one of the statements under the seventh tip as "a not-so- subtle threat to managers" that when dealing with homosexual and transgender employees they are not to judge them, and - quoting from the memo - "Silence will be interpreted as disapproval." Barber, Matt (Liberty Counsel)"Think about that for a minute," remarks Barber. "Silence will be interpreted as disapproval. Although they don't prescribe any specific punishment for not affirmatively approving homosexuality, the threat is implied. And the reason they don't prescribe a punishment is because they know what they are doing is unconstitutional." But Barber tells OneNewsNow it is still unconstitutional to intimidate and intentionally create a chilling effect. "But this time it's not to create silence. This time it is to force, intimidate and bully employees into publicly, verbally, openly affirming homosexuality and cross-dressing," he explains, "even if they happen to be a person who recognizes objective sexual morality and that these behaviors are wrong." "LGBT Inclusion at Work" also instructs managers to "use inclusive words like 'partner,' 'significant other,' or 'spouse' rather than gender-specific terms like 'husband' and 'wife'" - and to "use a transgender person's chosen name and the pronoun that is consistent with the person's self-identified gender." In a press release, Mat Staver, the founder of Liberty Counsel, says the Obama administration "is pushing the most radical, immoral agenda" on the American people. "Christians are not merely required to 'shut up,' but now they are being coerced to embrace immorality that goes against their sincerely held religious beliefs," he adds. NBC News has reported that your attorney general, Eric Holder, personally signed off on a controversial search warrant that identified Fox News reporter James Rosen as a "possible co-conspirator" in violations of the Espionage Act and authorized seizure of his private emails. In an affidavit in support of a search warrant obtained by FBI Agent Reginald B. Reyes to secure Rosen's Google emails, it was stated: "There is probable cause to believe that the reporter has committed a violation" of the Espionage Act "at the very least, either as an aider, abettor and/or co-conspirator of Mr. Kim." Kim is State Department intelligence analyst Stephen Kim, who has been indicted on charges that he leaked to Rosen classified information regarding North Korea's plans to launch more nuclear tests. Unlike Fast and Furious, the administration's "gun walking" operation that supplied Mexican drug cartels with semi-automatic weapons, which Holder said he never got a memo about, or the seizure of Associated Press emails, a case in which Holder claimed he recused himself, the attorney general cannot explain away the warrant that virtually accuses Rosen of being a traitor. Justice Department defenders argue that naming Rosen a possible co-conspirator was just a tactic to get at his emails and phone records in order to build a case against the true target of the investigation, Kim. Is that why, in addition to going after Rosen's email and phone records, Holder and Justice also went after Rosen's parents? Ever since the Pentagon Papers were published during the Nixon administration, it has been the practice of federal law enforcement to go after people who leak secrets and not after reporters who publish them. During the Bush administration's successful war on terror, no reporter was accused of a crime despite state secrets being spilled all over the pages of the New York Times, the Washington Post and other outlets. The administration's pattern of intimidation and abuse of power have a common thread. Obama's animus toward Fox News is well-known, as is his scorn for the Tea Party. Fox News reporters are accused of crimes for doing their jobs. The Tea Party, which arose in opposition to Obama policies, is targeted by the IRS, the agency tasked with enforcing ObamaCare. Police wanted Greenwood, 19, for breaching the terms of his release after he was locked up earlier this year for driving while disqualified and with no insurance. Terrafugia has announced its Transition design, which is part sedan, part private jet with two seats, four wheels and wings that fold up so it can be driven like a car, will be on sale in less than two years. The Massachusetts-based firm has also unveiled plans for a TF-X model that will be small enough to fit in a garage, and won't need a runway to take off. Last year, the Transition successfully flew at 1,400 feet for eight minutes. Commercial jets fly at 35,000 feet. However, it will not be cheap - the Transition will cost lb190,000 ($300,000) And Terrafugia says owners must have pilot's licenses, and will need to pass a test plus complete 20 hours of flying time to be able to fly the car. Despite the advances in technology the Transition demonstrates, critics have said that it is still not the vision of flying cars seen in many sci-fi films. To answer these critics, Terrafugia has now also released designs for a TF-X Model of its Transition range. Whereas the Transition requires a runway, the TF-X can take off from a vertical position because of motorised rotors on the wings. These rotors will work in a similar way to helicopter rotors.
